Just posted the same issue a few seconds ago, didn’t see your post ^^;

Not just you does the same with the Karma theme 🙁
JetPack is my favourite Plugin and it used to work fine but not anymore sadly and boy do I miss it but I don’t have a choice to not use it with it and Karma being incompatible.
It’s possible you are using custom cropped images, and support for those should happen in the next major revision. No ETA yet, but we are aware of the issue and planning to work on it.
Hannes, just for reference, can you post a more specific example such as the Photon image URL or the link to where we can see the problem happening live?
Hi designsimply,
thanks for the reply. As far as I know (and I’m no expert) I’m not using custom cropped images. JetPack was working fine until I started upgrading and now even restoring the older versions breaks my theme.
Happy to “break” my site so you can see the issue first hand if you like or send you screenshots if you like as at the moment I’ve had to deactivate JetPack to get the Blog page to render correctly 🙁
Apologies if this is hijacking this thread happy to start a new one if required.

Thanks for the examples—now I see what’s happening. Photon is taking the 100% width as 100 pixels and then when your site displays the smaller sized image at 100% in your post content area, it looks blurry. I’ll see if we can get this fixed for the 2.1 version to either ignore cases like that or see if photon can find a good way to figure out what width to resize the image.
Hannes, can you tell me if your theme sets a $content_width or not? If it doesn’t have one, can you try setting it?
CliffHobbs, yes please to screenshots and image links.
Hannes, can you try this update and let me know if it fixes the problem for you?
