[resolved] Still Not Working (16 posts)

    I installed your new version 1.4 two days ago. I note that the plugin attempts to create the file and says it is uploading, however there are no new files in the Dropbox folder and no emails notifications to me... here is the latest log file:

    The log file is a little different today - note that it did not try to backup this morning as scheduled (Daily @ 4AM)...

    what file is it getting stuck on at 93%?

    are any files not on drop box when you look?

    The folder in Dropbox contains a ZIP file created on January 29th and a Log file containing the following:

    This is because there is not enough time for the plugin to upload your zip. More information can be found here => http://wordpress.org/support/topic/why-won%E2%80%99t-my-backup-start

    I am working on a large zip resume feature.

    :-) Even though my settings are still set to Daily, I am getting a successful backup every 3-5 days. Your large file solution will be welcome as I have already trimmed my files to the minimum.

    Hi Mikey, WPB2D is still not working. I have updated to your latest release and deleted all backup files in DB. Following is the latest log file:

    09:22:51: Approximately 45% complete.
    09:22:38: Approximately 43% complete.
    09:22:30: Approximately 41% complete.
    09:22:24: Approximately 41% complete.
    09:22:17: Approximately 39% complete.
    09:22:11: Approximately 39% complete.
    09:21:53: Your time limit is 600 seconds and your memory limit is 256M
    09:21:53: Backup started on Wednesday May 22, 2013.

    I am running version 1.5.3 with both premium extensions

    Hi Mikey,

    I installed version 1.5.4 as soon as you released it. It seems the plugin is still not working. I have now revoked and then re-authorized the link to my DropBox account to see if that will make any difference. Here is my latest log from yesterday:

    09:26:11: Approximately 47% complete.

    I am having the same problem. It still at 99% and it has not finished updating in 2 days. I have your most recent update.

    I'm having the same problem. Says 99% complete, but that's it. Nothing exists in my backup folder. Installed most recent update yesterday 6/26/13. Jeff

    It's working now. Needed to increase memory in Dropbox-causing incomplete backups. That seemed to be my issue.
