still locked out after deleting plugin

    I got locked out of my own site, due to a password mistake and not sure how long the lock is since I was having issues with attempts and set a high number.

    Every time I try to log in it redirects to homepage, and can’t access site. I deleted the plugin via FTP and am still locked out.

    Please help.

    @asf9 – if you are still locked out after deleting the plugin, then it’s not the plugin locking you out. What is the error message you are getting when you try and log in?

    Sorry, I just re-read your post. Login LockDown doesn’t do any redirecting, and as I mentioned if you deleted the plugin then that removes any effects it would have been having anyway. I am going to mark this as resolved, since it isn’t an issue with Login LockDown, but if you still can’t get in please feel free to post some more details and maybe myself or someone else can help you out.

    I am still locked out but will look into other possible issues as you mentioned.

    @asf9 – you can try disabling all of the plugins at the same time by renaming the whole plugins folder to something like plugins-disabled. See if that helps.
