   When I create a Post, I check the tick box that makes the post STICKY.

   It doesn't seem to work unless I go into the POSTS section and use QuickEdit to make the Post Sticky there and change the post name to remove the word Sticky. Weird. See the video below

   I am having same issue at the moment. I tried saving the sticky post several times, but have had no luck. Using WordPress 3.2.1 myself
