Step-by-Step Instructions Please?

Thanks so much for creating this plugin, but could someone please provide step-by-step instructions for installation?

Using WP-Glossary version 1.4.2

The installation instructions say:

1. Upload plugin-name.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

If you create your own single template for glossary terms, don’t forget to remove the reference filter.

So, if I want to see the AtoZ version of the glossary as seen here:

does that mean that I have to upload the “glossary-atoz-shortcode.php” here:

path-to-here–> /wp-content/plugins/glossary-atoz-shortcode.php?

What do I leave inside of the wp-gallery folder? Everything?

My permalink structure is set to custom and is “/%category%/%postname%/”

Also, I tried creating a page for the glossary at .com/glossary, where I could just insert the shortcodes, but it won’t show up unless I deactivate the plugin altogether.

Last, but not least…. where is the reference filter that the document refers to?
