@david,
The button probably needs to be enabled in the Subscrie2->Settings page under the Appearence tab. Or you can manually type in the shortcode: [subscribe2]

OK. I found the S2 button on the Write Bar. Any guidance on how to create s subscription form, with fields for First and Last Name, etc? I’m new at this, or is a subscription form template built in somewhere? Also, what should I call the page? Thanks
@david,
The subscription form is created and fixed by the plugin code. Place the shortcode and log out of your blog to see it. Adding additional fields is not supported.

I created the subscription form page, but it does nothing more than the subscribe2 sidebar widget that I already have. http://davidecrowley.com/
Its not clear how a subscriber can change his profile to filter the emails he receives, or how a subscriber can register with the blog?
Thanks again
