   I having trouble in that each time I try to say go to plug ins or post a new post or anything on the back end it will firstly take me to the log in page before I can do anything. I am not sure why this has started happening because it only just recently started to happen. Please help it is getting annoying

   How's your hosting service? Are you using Shared Hosting or a Dedicated Server? If Shared, I have sometimes experienced that slow Hosting can cause these sorts of problems.

   I am with Hostgator. So maybe it is something to do with them then and not wordpress.

   I now relised that this was to do with my cookies and the privacy settings and I had to go in and allow my wordpress to be remembered.

   I'm not sure I'd jump the gun on it yet, but often if people say "Go Daddy" then I just say "Yup, that's the problem." Hostgator might not be the problem ... have you experienced slow downs or has anyone mentioned it?
