stats.wordpress.com showing in my popular posts as 'home'

Hey Gang I have seen a few old posts with no answers on how to fix this. For whatever reason I have a ‘HOME’ showing up in my stats which when i look is linked to stats.wordpress.com.

Normally i wouldnt care but since I have popular posts displaying on my site its also showing that page ‘Home’ as a popular post on my site. Can somebody tell me how on earth to fix this? You can see what I mean here on the top ( hopefully ). One of my 5 features is HOME which links to stats.wordpress.com which I definitely dont want.
