   Is it possible that this stats work without plug-in installed in WP because I use it for now but I personally want to check answer on above mentioned question
   I am exploring possibility to make my Blog faster as much as I can with tweaking - this is also two questions in that way.

   Another one question:

   Is there any possibility that stats form my wordpress account here be visible for public access or to allow it on some “page” on my blog (with or without plug-in) ...

   Unfortunately, no, the plugin is required.

   Is there any possibility that stats form my wordpress account here be visible for public access

   Not without the visitors registering for an account with the blog first, but we may be considering alternatives in the future.
