stats chart in admin bar not working

    I upgraded to 3.1 today and my chart in the admin bar is not functioning. My site url and install url are different (the physical directory is wordpress where the url is the root) and I have SSL enabled for admin. PHP5 and IIS6. I run another website off of this same server, without SSL admin and the install paths are the same and the chart works just fine.

    Any ideas?
