As I look at my Top Posts and Pages on my WP statistics, I see these odd numbers, #74 and #382, indicating someone accessed my statistics. Was that just me, the Admin?
Doesn't make sense 'cos I access stats 20 times a day.

These 2 numbers are most likely links to Attachment pages. I would suggest that you search for these 2 pages like so:
https://yoursite.tld/?attachment_id=74
https://yoursite.tld/?attachment_id=382
If these 2 pages appear in your Top Posts and Pages, it's because they've received the most traffic on your site.
