Statistics does not work

    I tried download a file several times, from different IP-adresses. No statistics at all.
    I give it 1 star since this was the main reason for trying the plugin. Otherwise it works, the download counter for example. Did not try it out too much though.

    The support thread you ‘contributed’ to is out of date – that was raised with the old legacy version.

    Aha, I am new to wordpress, and I have seen other posts complaining about this feature not working. I did’nt mean to sound rude or anything, I just tried to explain that this was the only feature of the plugin that I tried. If there is anywhere I can ask for help without giving it a rating, I am happy to do so.
    Is there any troubleshooting guide available?

    There is a link to the community support forum on the plugin page. Or for bugs there is a github repo – linked to from the plugin page/readme.

    There isn’t a guide for the issue you are facing because I’ve not been able to reproduce it at all 🙂
