   i have installed Staticize Reloaded, but dont know how to use it to creat static pages.

   it automatically 'creates' static pages once installed & set-up. it catches a page request, determines if the page is cached, if so it feeds back the static page data, if not it lets the page generate as normal, hooks the end of the page, and caches it to disk for the next request.
