   I know I saw it somewhere but as usual, I can't find it anywhere so... what I am trying to accomplish is to have a static post that comes up at the top of the home page with all the post always falling below it. Anyone have a solution for that, your help would be greatly appreciated.

   Take a look under Settings- then Reading. The top choice allow you to set up what you are looking to do.

   hello i have changed the url and blog url by mistake and now i cant login to change them what shall i do ??

   This only works for pages though. Is there a way to get a static post.
