looking for a plugin for static post can anyone help?

    Hi,
    I am looking for a plugin that can make one of my posts to appear always on top of the main sites page and the others in a regular way (by date) but it’s important to me that one main post will appear always first.
    Can anyone suggest a pluggin that can do that? Or some code that I can add.
