   hi! Im new to wordpress. I'd like to ask if it's possible to
   place a read more link on your loop post?

   I'm trying to place the_content('read more') on my loop but I ended up
   using the_excerpt.

   I'd like to use the the_content to insert thumbnails. The static page is not my posting page nor my home page.

   Appreciate it if anyone can help. Thank you!

   Thumbnails are sometimes well handled with a Custom Field on a post that stores the thumbnail URL, and some changes to the theme to format and display a thumbnail when a thumbnail custom field exists on a post.
