    Hi y'all...

I've tried searching the forum but haven't found something quite like this.

I am trying to set up a static page to show a certain category. I am able to do that by using query_post() and then the loop in a static page. My problem arises when I try to go to the second page of posts.

    `ie. http://myurl.com/static-page/page/2/

I am greeted by a blank page (theme there but no conent).

Any suggestions on how I might be able to resolve this?

It has to be a "static" Page for displaying that category? I mean couldn't the category template be used instead? (assuming the Page was used to give it a different look)

I was going for a slightly different look than the Category display...

and it doesn't have to be static...would be nice though...

Well, you can create a category-X.php (where X = cat ID#) for that specific category and style it as you want:
