   Hi,
   I am helping a friend with a site and have NextGen Gallery installed for them. On normal pages the [nggallery = N] works fine and your get the options to see images as a slideshow or PicLens and they work fine.
   Specifically the SlideShow link has an href of http://sitename/permalink/?show=slide

   However, on the homepage (which is set to a static page in the normal way) the link is wrong/different as it's href is http://sitename/?show=slide&page_id=82 (82 being the id of the pages chosen as the homepage.
   The problem is when clicking this link it goes to the default wordpress homepage, displaying the latest posts, not the static page...

   It seems to me that NextGen Gallery is overriding the behaviour of the homepage somewhere.
   I'm not ruling out the permalinks here, but I can't yet work out what's going on!

   Any ideas!?
