Static homepage

Hello again,

I am looking to make the entire homepage static. I want my site to look similar to how I have it now (site) but I want the posts below the slider to be static and include all text, not cutting off at a certain point.

I like the way my site is laid out now but would like a static option? If that makes any sense.
