[resolved] Static front page works...blog page doesn't! (2 posts)

I created a static front/home page for my WP site, http://www.michaelsemer.com. It's done using the Piano Black theme.

I set the Reading settings to Front Page: Home, Posts Page: Bloggery.

Here's the result of trying to make a test post:

Here's where I want it to post (and what I see when I check it):
    http://michaelsemer.com/blog/bloggery/

Now, my older posts (from before assigning a static page) are still on the site (though not accessible through navbar):

So I'd obviously like to clean up this situation so the posts are going where I want them. My Loop code looks intact, but I'm no expert, obviously. Would deletion of prior posts make a difference?

    Thanks!

Figured it out myself -- needed to create a custom permalink setup! I'll figure this all out someday.
