When filling out the billing address information, if the user selects the country first, the state input field disappears. Since this field is required to process an order this makes successful ordering difficult (impossible for the average user). The state field can actually be filled out first, then the country selected. This causes the state input field to again disappear from view - but the order will go through. Since the state field follows the country selector, this goes against the flow of the ordering process. The site having these issues is located here: http://bit.ly/R3Orke
