State Field Not Pre-Populated

Thanks for this plugin, works well for us, the only issue is that the State field is not pre-populated when a shipping address is selected, all the other fields pre-populate fine. Can you advise how we can get this to work?

Also, when checking out, it shows the shipping addresses as ‘not setup yet’, but have added a few shipping addresses already and when you select it, it shows the saved addresses, including the state.
