Quick Cache doesn’t seem to prevent voting. At least with default configuration.
Make sure you’re trying to vote while on singple page/post and not while on category/tag/etc page, since for now (might change later) voting is only enabled while on single.

Yes!… I’m on a post.
But nothing.
Could it be a conflict with another plugin? I use Simple Share Buttons Adder. Maybe the theme? I use Hiero. In a past, this theme had a conflict with other pluging that uses jQuery libraries.
Can you test?
None of these 2 things seem to conflict either. Just tested and voting works just fine.
Make me screenshot of setting of my plugin.

Hi, I had same problem with version 1.3.2, stars were shown, but not active. Firebug did not show any error, but it seems there is a conflict with plugin WordPress SEO 1.5.5.3, after uninstall this plugin all works fine.

WordPress SEO doesn’t add any js in head/body. So there is no question that rating plugin could create conflict.
You might have missed seeing any other conflicts. I’m still using version 1.3.2 with wordpress SEO 1.5.3.3, W3Total cache 0.9.4 and tons of other jQuery functions in my theme. Everything is smooth.

It was indeed conflict with WordPress SEO but I fixed it in 1.3.3.
If you downloaded 1.3.2 after after 17.06.2014 then it wouldn’t have conflict either.
