   I'm getting a weird error when i download and i install the starkers wordpress theme on my local machine?

   Dont really know what it means :(

   error:

   Warning: file(C:\wamp\www\paperbusiness/wp-content/themes/starkers/style.css) [function.file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\wamp\www\paperbusiness\wp-includes\theme.php on line 180

   Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in C:\wamp\www\paperbusiness\wp-includes\theme.php on line 180
