   I'm starting a business that depends on freelancers.

   What I'm looking for is a plugin that will allow freelancers to post their contact information, skills, and availability....and be viewable by managers?

   Are there any plugins out there that I could start from and modify it to what I need?

   Eventually, I'd like to add other CRM functions (like projects, tasks, milestones, file sharing, etc)

   Any starting points would be great.
