Stack overflow at line: 34 using Internet Explorer

I never get on internet explorer because i use Chrome, and if i pull up the site under chrome it works just fine, but if i pull it up under internet explorer it has a pop up that says “Stack overflow at line:34” and the widgets on the right are all smushed up at the bottom of the page.
(keep in mind when i say pull it up i mean on someone elses computer in non-admin mode, if that makes sense.)

i am new to wordpress, i only use this to manage my boss’s account for him so i dont know what “stack overflow at line:34” means, and also since i always use chrome i dont know at what point it started malfunctioning on the internet explorer, which makes it hard to pin point what i did to make it go all wonky on me.

Any help would be absolutely lovely. Thank you!
