  • Hi Kyle,

I’m getting an error suggesting your SSL is not properly configured.

You need to work with your host and whomever you purchased your SSL cert from to get it installed correctly. This is not an issue with PMPro, but with how your SSL is setup.

Your host needs to install your SSL code on your server, the only thing you install in the WP dashboard PMPro payment gateway and SSL tab is the SEAL code – that just displays that you have purchased an SSL and that your site is verified from date – date, but is not the SSL itself.

Also make sure that you or your host does not implement any caching on any of the 7 membership pages.

If you would like more guidance or hands on help implementing this solution with Paid Memberships Pro, please sign up at http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/pricing.

    Hope this helps!
