SQL query not showing for all users

    On one of my pages, I have a system of mysql queries that pull comment data based on the filtered results that I users can choose. I have everything working fine when I am logged in as admin, but when I log out, none of the content shows up. I tried logging in as a Subscriber, and still there was nothing appearing.

    Does WordPress not allow for mysql to run if you are not logged in? If so, how can I work around this?
