    Hi all,

I was trying to update my blog to the newest version, followed all the steps such as turning off plug-ins etc. Unfortunately, received error message Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_remote_post() in /home/trhou2/public_html/blog/wp-includes/cron.php on line 204

Now I'm looking to restore the blog to its previous state. Just not sure I'm understanding the process WordPress is describing. I'm using Filezilla, seems to state I need to import the back-up but the file type of the back-up isn't registering(File Type SQL). I saw somewhere there was a special program to use to do this. Can some one help me out by providing direction to it and a idiot's guide somewhere to using it?

I appreciate your help, always grateful for the many who understand Word press.

You posts, pages, categories, tags, comments, users, links, reside in a MySQL database (as specified in your wp-config.php file).
