Sponsored Links Sidebar problem

    I have a “Sponsored Links” widget on the sidebar right but cannot find it anywhere in the Admin Area to use. I have send an email to the support dept. over 3 weeks ago and have not received a reply. I am trying to find out where I can find it so I can use or delete it? My url is:
