   Can the "nextpage" tag be used both in Pages,as well as, Posts?

   Using the "nextpage" tag we can add multi-page links at the bottom -
   Page 1 2 3 4 5. But it seems the same is not possible at the top. How 2 do it?

   as long as it is used within the loop, it should work ok in posts and pages.

   thanks alchymyth! I saw the link - but I am not a technical person at all...but I'd love 2 play around with codes. So could u please give me some simple ready-made code related 2 the result I want.

   Look at the WordPress Default themes wp-content/themes/default/page.php for an example.
