    Hi,

I just updated my WP last night. I'm new to this. However, I don't seethe spellcheck feature (I used to be on WordPress.com). I also attempted to use the hotkeys to check the spelling and it didn't work. Is there something I'm missing? Or should I plan to just write in Word and then transfer it to WP? Many thanks!

    See: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-spellcheck-36?replies=6

It's really not a good idea to copy directly from Word - as you can add all kinds of problematic code.

Yeah I try not to. I know there is a special way to put your post into wordpress by clicking the Word button so wordpress knows that it's being cut and paste, but I create a lot of drafts in my blog... I would much rather do it there.

Oh I just read that thread! Thank you. I just activated my jetpack as well and will see how this all works out! Many thanks!!!
