Speeding up Website

Hey Guys,

I’ve just created a website for a Real Estate Business in Australia.
We’ve added about 20,000 Categories for locations.
The website seems to be doing quite well but you’d sometime need to wait a couple seconds for the site to load on the Property Submission page.
All other pages run fine.

The website is currently running on our Client Server.
And I’m wondering if we were to move it to it’s own server would it run faster when loading the submission page?

The other question is, Is there any way to speed up the performance of the Jquery Loading? I’m Using Google Libraries for Jquery and I’ve also tried caching but that also caches the Properties, So if someone lists a new property it wont show until the cache is cleared again, Not only that but first time visitors will still notice the slowness.

Any recommendations will be much appreciated.
