Speed Up Import

    Sorry I don’t know any particular way of speeding things up. Have you tried the Beta version? That’s got some significant improvements for large blogs.

    Have timeouts actually occurred, what symptoms do you get?

    I am trying with the beta version but … after 5 hours the transfered posts are 2928 . I get some errors on nginx :

    FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/default2/wp-content/plugins/blogger-importer/blogger-entry.php on line 55

    but i don’t think they have to do with the plugin.

    Hi Tsayya, the message you’ve found is a legit bug but I’m not sure it would cause a performance difference. I’ve fixed it and re-uploaded to the same location as above.

    I would expect it to work faster than that. Is it getting gradually slower and slower? That would be a sign that your DB is struggling to keep up.
