Specific Form Plugin Suggestion

Hi There,

Here is the scenario. In one page, I will have a small form with a few fields where users will be able to do a registration (with or without photo). On the other page, I will show all the registered users data. For the admin section, I just need to have all the registered users listed and to be able to delete them.

Can you suggest any form/membership plugin that allow me to do that?
