I have placed the plugin below in my plugins folder, however it is not showing up in my admin panel under 'plugins'. Does anyone know how to fix this? If not, are there any similar plugins. Also, how can I use the plugin below, or a similar plugin, to posts special text boxes on my front page and not just in my posts. Thank you.

Do you have the plugin unzipped and have you uploaded the whole folder?
I would suggest deleting the plugin from your live site and reuploading it. If that doesn't work, try installing the plugin from your admin panel.
You can use this plugin on Pages, but you can't do it from the Page editor, you have to added it to your Page's theme template file, check out the FAQ.

I just read that there is a way that I can place special text boxes on my front page (instead of my post). How do I do this? And by that I mean, where do I insert the CSS code if it is needed.
