Howdy all. Back when I got started with my migration to WP a friend who does this for a living set me up including several add-ons that, over time, I've figured out and enhanced and even replaced (which tells me I'm doing pretty well).

However, we now have a site with about 9 Contributors and it's going great. However, we created a Style Guide for everyone to work from and in it I explain how to use an em-dash and how to access it via the Omega icon on the menu bar. Today a contributor wrote in saying, "I don't have that option".

They sent me a screenshot and, sure enough, they only have one row of basic icons while I have two entire rows.

What setting or add-on am I not grasping here that gives me an Omega icon (access to special characters) but that he can't see?

    Thanks!

Show/hide kitchen sink. It's the last button in the first row.Clicking on it shows the second row of buttons.

OMG--thank you SO MUCH. I couldn't figure out what happened to all the extra options when I migrated to my self-hosted WP. D'oh!
