Speakup not sending emails

After many months of successfully using Speakup, my petition stopped sending emails to targets. I only know this because I gave my own address as a target, but am not getting emails that the signature list shows. I have no trouble receiving emails from any other sources at the address, info@sqauch.org. My petition don’t require confirmation. I hope the answer is something simple that I’m overlooking, since I don’t know code.
