WordPress will accurately display spanish accents in the body of our posts but not in the title. Here is an example:
http://www.agros.org/ag/our-villages/honduras/brisas-del-volcan/
the page title 'Brisas del Volcán' should have an accented 'a'... but WordPress is stripping the 'a' out and breaking the title.
Any ideas for a fix?

Your title is coming from Flash. Looking a bit further, I see that you're using some fancy S-IFR Flash stuff for fonts in titles and elsewhere. Looking at the code, I see your á there, but S-IFR is apparently not displaying it.
So you'll need to investigate that angle - it's not a WordPress problem per se. Sorry not to have an easier answer!
