   Hi

   We have set up a new blog and added a few posts but we have made many changes to the posts playing with font sizes and small text changes etc.

   I am a complete newbie to this kind of thing but does it mean every time we make a change it is pinging that blog post to every site we add in the PING List?

   Yes, but only after the post is published.

   Next time, save it as a draft instead of publishing it, and then edit it until you like it. But don't publish it until you're ready.

   There's a plugin called "MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer" that can let you avoid ping, when you edit posts.
