   I have these spamers/hackers IP address constantly locked onto my site, can I block hese addresses ?

   Guest 95 07-28-2011 09:41 pm UTC 46.21.144.52 ~ Netherlands /?p=1 No
   Guest 72 07-28-2011 09:31 pm UTC 94.100.25.42 ~ Netherlands /?p=1 No

   You can block specific IPs via .htaccess. Here's one tutorial:

   cpanel ... IP Deny Manager

   This feature will allow you to block a range of IP addresses to prevent them from accessing your site. You can also enter a fully qualified domain name, and the IP Deny Manager will attempt to resolve it to an IP address for you.
