paulI am seeing an awful lot of these lines in my error log, and I'm not sure what it means: it looks at first glance like someone is using the comments script to request their pages (the pages in question from what I can tell are run of the mill spam sites -- some pharmaceutical products are mentioned).

So two questions: is that an accurate assessment and how can I block it? I've added some lines to .htaccess as I find them but that's just a war of attrition/arms race approach.
