Spambots … gone !

I had been spammed by bots for a few weeks for Longchamp bags, and was disappointed by the fact there was no way to efficiently block keywords such as “Longchamp” (I got about 20-30 such bot comments per day) without having to manually review and delete them in the backend. Akismet does a good job at tagging comments as SPAM, but is very poor for managing them efficiently, in my opinion.

I tried a few other ways and plugins, but anti-spam did the trick! Not a SINGLE spam comment after three days of use, hats off to the developer for one of the easiest-to-use-yet-efficient wordpress-plugin out there 🙂
