   In Google, the text under my site is full of Viagra/Cialis references, etc. https://www.google.com/search?q=mauramcgurk.com&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

   My blog posts and other content seem to be fine, as far as I can tell. I thought it might be the Tagline text under General Settings, but it's not coming from there. Was I hacked? Should I do a full clean and then upgrade?

   Also change all your passwords.

   Check for hacked .htaccess files on your host.

   Sign up for google webmaster tools and view your site "as google sees it".
