   This morning I received 2 emails (I have 2 plugins) , they both included the following in the message:

   "If You wordpress developer and work with plugin , this is a good
   solution for You.

   I pay You every time when somebody download your plugin in wordpress
   plugin directory."

   I also received a similar email after publishing my first plugin. It appears that someone is running a bot that sends emails to plugin developers, is any one else getting these? Does WordPress have a process to deal with this?

   If you could send the entire email to plugins@wordpress.org I'll take a look.

   That said it'll be a scam.

   I've sent the offending email to you. I'm sure it's a scam, after doing a search on the spammer I found some other unsavoury behaviour by this user.
