Hi,
I've set up a site using Buddypress and Multisite but I have an issue with spam. I have now recieved 2 spam blogs within 24 hours. Are there any free plugins like akismet for multisite blogs/posts (not just comments). I have found Anti-Splog but it is too expensive.
Also, are there any other ways to prevent spam signups. I already use confirmation emails and a CAPATCHA.

They've gone round and round this in circles and in dozens of threads over at the BuddyPress forums.
Change the default signup slug.

Is free for personal use (like akismet) and you needs an API key for connect to de web service (like Akismet)
