Spam Only visible in IE

I am currently getting spam on my word press pages (they are not visible on my posts). Also, they are only visible when using internet explorer. I checked and I am using the newest version of internet explorer.

I discovered the spam after receiving this message when trying to connect to my JetPack:

Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure http://www.entertainmentunlimited.com/xmlrpc.php is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank links or extra output anywhere

When I go to that link I see that it has spam in it, but I am not sure where to find it to remove it. Any ideas???
