   I've begun to receive emails recently that say they are coming from WordPress. The subject says: "New User Registration" The body says: "New user registration on your blog" and includes a user name and email address.

   I use 1shoppingcart for subscribers to my blog, so I am assuming these "new user" emails are spam??

   Can anyone advise? (WP Support is down until the 7th)

   Have you checked to see if any new users have subscribed to your blog?
