Great plugin here...I've been marking spam on my blog for years, then installed this plugin. It went through and blacklisted all the spammers that had visited my site, resulting in a sudden massive drop in spam.
Might be a little too aggressive for some, but I have a zero-tolerance policy on spam and this plugin enforces it.
