but is it possible to block an array of e-mails.
Akismet in Germany is a littlebit dangerous because of warning by law (opt-in use etc.)
And how do i do it on Comment Blacklist?
    Thanks

Imho, the best cf7 addon for antispam is to use the honeypot addon. This block effectively all automatic spam attacks:

So your customers do not need to fiddle around with any annoying captcha´s

dear Rene – did you realy read the post carefully?
despite i’m using honeypot plus a captcha there are Spams
(maybe not filled by a bot but i guess they are because Sender E-Mail is f.e. smitha7657@gmail.com, smithd234@gmail.com, etc. pp)

    Soory Guenni007, i overlooked the word “Honey-Pot”.

The comment blacklist mentioned by Takayuki could do the job well:

“Move to the menu Settings > Discussion, and then you’ll find the Comment Blacklist section in the middle of the page. Put one word or IP address per line in the text box. Messages containing the word or sent from the IP address in the list you’ve created will be treated as spam by Contact Form 7 and will not be delivered.”

Otherwise i wonder why the spam is coming through your hoeneypot. I suggest to rename the id and name of the honeypot to something like “mail”, or “street” if you havent done this already.

    Best,
    René
